Lend your voice to a statewide effort by joining the League of Women Voters of Idaho Education Fund on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. MT at the Idaho Falls Public Library in Idaho Falls. During the League of Women Voters (LWV) National Day of Action to Unite & Rise, we'll send postcards to unaffiliated voters in honor of the anniversary of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. This day of action recognizes the importance of protecting and expanding voter participation while encouraging more Idahoans to make their voices heard. It's a simple but meaningful way to support civic engagement, celebrate the right to vote, and connect with others who are passionate about democracy. Postcard materials and snacks will be provided.
