Global advances in emission reductions, including, renewable energy, electric transportation, reforestation, etc.

Garrison is co-leader of the Citizens Climate Lobby of the Palouse, principal flutist of the Walla Walla Symphony and emeritus professor in the Lionel Hampton School of Music at the University of Idaho, where he was faculty from 2006 through 2014.
